Terms and Conditions for Email Collection Campaign: Win a gourmet chocolate hamper
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The email collection campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Employees of GCCEC their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the development or administration of this campaign are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period:
2.1 The campaign begins on 10 December 2023 and ends on 12 December 2023.
2.2 All entries must be received by 13:00 on 12 December 2023.
3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter, participants must provide a valid email address in the designated form via the QR code at Stand 13 at PCO 2023.
3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.
3.3 Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
4.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries.
4.2 The winner will receive one (1) bottle of champagne.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of the initial notification, a new winner will be selected.
6. Privacy:
6.1 By entering the campaign, participants agree to receive promotional emails from The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
6.2 Participant information will not be shared with third parties, and email addresses will be used solely for GCCEC marketing purposes.
6.3 Participants can opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.
