Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre Unveils Environmentally Conscious and Global Culinary Offerings
The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is excited to announce the launch of its highly anticipated menus and new food video. The new additions promise to further elevate the culinary experience for conference delegates, meeting attendees, and exhibitors.
GCCEC’s catering options have been designed to invigorate and inspire, ensuring that every attendee feels satisfied and ready to engage. The result of months of planning, idea sharing and trialling, GCCEC’s new menus include the Lunch Global Bowls and Environmentally Conscious Menu.
Motivated by the natural beauty of the Gold Coast, the GCCEC kitchen and marketing teams collaborated on a food sizzle reel to celebrate the venue’s 20 years of culinary artistry in an inspiring destination. This video showcases what the culinary team are capable of when asked to create bespoke dishes inspired by the best of the Gold Coast surrounds.
