This is a practical, high‑energy conference for unions ready to grow. Participants will sharpen the skills that matter right now—turning the new IR laws into real workplace gains, building confident delegates and organisers, and running campaigns that bring more workers into the union. Participants will hear directly from union speakers and campaign leaders sharing the experiences, wins and lessons behind what’s working—and what they would do differently next time. With inclusion at the centre, so every member can participate and lead, participants will leave with ideas, tools and momentum that can be put to work immediately.
