In 2005 the Centre introduced a Client Feedback Questionnaire; the online survey takes respondents through 33 questions.
Results now suggest clients are extremely satisfied with their experience and receive exceptional feedback from their guests and delegates. On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is extremely dissatisfied and 10 is extremely satisfied, 66 per cent of respondents have rated us as 10. In fact, 94 per cent have rated us 8 or above.
