The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre team recognise that a successful event has the support of effective marketing and promotion. Our in-house team is available on a consultancy-basis to support you with marketing and promotion services through the lead-up and during your event at the GCCEC. Our in-house marketing and PR team are highly qualified in this specialist field and equipped with local knowledge to offer a variety of marketing and promotion services to add value to your event and ensure the maximum potential of your event is met.

The list of available marketing and promotion services includes the following:

Media Relations
The development and execution of media releases, press conferences, photo opportunities, and interviews within the local market on your behalf to generate greater awareness and / or attendance at your event.

Graphic Design
The design, development and production of collateral design including brochures, registration booklet, programs, invitations, and PowerPoint presentations, as well as exhibition booth signage, and themeing of your banquet.

Pole Banners
The design, production, and placement of external banners both on-site and throughout the streets of the Gold Coast.

Additional value-add services
Distribution of selected metropolitan and local newspapers during your event, inclusion of tourist publications in delegate satchel packs, and discount-shopper vouchers to Pacific Fair; the largest shopping centre on the Gold Coast located in Broadbeach.

If you sign a publicity release form, your event may also be included on the GCCEC website What’s On page or listed on the GCCEC external electronic sign (nb. scheduling is done at the discretion of the Marketing and PR Department).
