team will work with you to develop a menu that suits
your event, theme, and budget. If your guests have
dietary requirements please advise your Event Manager
so we can accommodate.
Once you have booked the GCCEC
your Event Manager will provide you with menu selections
to choose from; however, we have also put the menu
package online for your convenience.
