Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre quality assured by Tourism Quality Council of Australia.
Showing consumers it’s among the best in the industry, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) has received the T-QUAL Accreditation by the Tourism Quality Council of Australia.
T-QUAL is the new national tourism accreditation framework developed by government and industry to promote quality experiences for tourism consumers.
Recognising sustainable and capable tourism operators on a national scale, it measures quality by set benchmark standards and places existing industry benchmarking programs under one umbrella.
GCCEC’s General Manager Adrienne Readings said the certification reflects the quality of the Centre’s business and leisure tourism events which have met standards as set by the Tourism Quality Council.
“T-QUAL has provided the Centre with yet another opportunity to market our high-end service standards and build consumer confidence within the industry,” she said.
“Being recognised is always rewarding and yet another testimonial to the client-centric service provided by our team.”
T-QUAL is a national brand of quality enabling consumers to recognise, engage with, and have continued confidence in quality tourism products and services.
