The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) has Australia’s first fully wireless internet email and mobile phone Telstra Hot Spot connectivity. Recently the centre upgraded with CISCO’s next-generation 802.11n wireless LAN technology and the centre is now capable of connecting high speed access for 1,000 concurrent users.
For those special events our technical services department can setup your own private network within the Centre, for use with your conference, exhibition or even a gala dinner.
Data services are available. The Centre has a large internal AV network providing the ability to send and receive video and audio throughout.
We can also supply technological needs from video conferencing to fax machine hire. If you need a certain item to make your event complete please contact us and we will endeavour to provide it for you.
